About the webinar
In 2025, a team of experts gathered around the Małopolska Institute of Culture in Kraków carried out a project focused on the problem of student overstimulation in schools. The aim was to develop and then pass on to form teachers tools to support work on stress reduction and emotional regulation, inspired by art.
Thanks to cooperation with artists, six lesson scenarios based on creative activities were developed and then tested in various school classes. In addition to confirming our belief that the problem is even more significant than we had initially assumed, the project brought many surprising insights. We would like to share them during the webinar.
The event is addressed primarily to teachers, as well as educators, cultural animators, and artists working with young people.
